Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon

I watched this movie while I was in Ottawa. Downloaded it and brought it with me for the trip. Watched it at 1 am in the darkness.

It's about this man named Zilong (Andy Lau) who eventually becomes general for Shu during the Three Kingdoms period. Eventually he has to fight his greatest opponent ever the fictional character, Cao Cao's granddaughter, Cao Ying played by Maggie Q.

An interesting piece of trivia, Maggie Q is half Viet and Irish, what's even more interesting is that she doesn't speak a lick of mandarin. Although this movie doesn't really have a love story or a good theme song it is an entertaining war movie that will keep you occupied.

The main reason why I wanted to watch this movie is that its coupled with another Three Kingdoms movie called Red Cliff that's set for release this year.
